Returns & Design Changes

As every Schultüte is individually handcrafted and customised especially for your child, I'm unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To ensure you're completely happy with your design, one round of reasonable design changes is included before production begins.

These changes may include adding small decorative elements, figurines, or adjusting your child's name. However, they do not include changing the overall theme, design concept, or colour palette once your order has been confirmed.
